Sarah J. Szerlong, Ph.D., HSPP

Dr. Szerlong is specialized in clinical and forensic psychological evaluations. She has worked extensively with local and federal courts to provided evaluations to parents, families, and individuals involved in the legal system. Dr. Szerlong’s work has predominantly surrounded family court, juvenile court, and work with families and individuals involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services. Dr. Szerlong is competent in keenly assessing a multitude of complex factors involved in child custody matters. She has testified in numerous cases and is seasoned in providing expert opinion to the court. Though Dr. Szerlong’s practice is primarily focused on forensic evaluations, she is also passionate about providing therapeutic services to court-involved individuals and families. Dr. Szerlong prides herself on her kind, yet thorough approach to her work, and strives to provide her clients with unbiased, professional evaluations. Dr. Szerlong is an active member and former board member of the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).
